"Nell'Azzurro"
The bed and breakfast "Nell'Azzurro" is on the 2° floor of an historical palace, situated on the
shopping streets a 5 minutes walk from the most important points of interest of Cagliari.
The name of the b&b is a tribute to Grazia Deledda, Nobel Prize for Literature in 1926, whose first
work is titled "Nell'Azzurro" (short story of 1890).
The spacious and comfortable bedrooms are entitled with the names of some works of the writer
("L'Edera" novel of 1908, "Fior di Sardegna" novel of 1892 and "La Vigna sul Mare" short story of
1931).
Each room has a private bathroom with shower.
The italian breakfast can be served comfortably in the breakfast room that overlooks the square.
The excellent location allows you to walk to the main attractions of the city as the Castle District,
the Citadel of Museum, the Cathedral, the Bastion of "Saint Remy", the Church of "Saint Efisio",
the Roman Amphitheatre, the Public Gardens, the Church of "Bonaria", the Opera House with
Music Park and is well served by public transport that allow you to reach any area of the city and
the famous "Poetto" beach, the International Fair of Sardinia, Cagliari-Elmas airport, the port, the
train station.
